CBH - Xanthan Gum widely used as rheology control agent in aqueous systems and as a stabilizer for emulsions and suspensions particularly in food industry. F80 is normal powder Xanthan gum produced by fermentation of carbohydrate with Xanthomonas campestris . suitable for use in food and food preparations as a stabilizer, thickener or emulsifier.
