Introduction of products:
Vital wheat gluten is manufactured from wheat flour in a multi-step wet separation process. The wheat gluten is dried, fine-milled and sifted, functionally used in feed and food industry, particularly in aquafeed and baking industry.

1) Appearance: Fine creamy colour powder with typical wheat odour
2) Moisture: 9% max.
3) Protein (Nx 5.7 dry base): 75% min.
4) Ash: 1.0% max.
5) Water Absorption: 150% min
6) Particle size (80 mesh): 95% pass thru
